Shipping All Access-r-ease orders are shipped from Canada, via Canada Post. From the date of your order, delivery should take within 1 to 2 weeks for customers in Canada and the U.S. If your order is being shipped to an address outside Canada you may be charged duty and your local taxes upon delivery. Unfortunately Access-r-ease has no control over this. Returns Most products are returnable, except where stated otherwise on the product information pages. If you wish to return a product for refund or exchange, please e-mail returns@easyaccessories.net with the subject heading "Returns". In the body of the e-mail, list the name and/or SKU number of the product(s) you want to return, as well as the reason for returning the product(s). Soon after your e-mail is sent you'll get a message with instructions on how to return the item(s). Products may be returned up to thirty (30) days after you have received your order. Please return products with their original packaging, so they can be resold if they're not defective or damaged. Exchanges Once a product has been returned to Access-r-ease the new product(s) requested will be shipped to you. Where the cost of the new product exceeds the cost of the one you returned, you will be charged the difference between the new and returned product plus applicable taxes. If the new product costs less than the one you returned, you will be refunded the difference. Refunds Refunds will be given through PayPal, and your refund will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used to pay for your order. For credit cards the refund may take up to thirty (30) days to show up on your account. Refunds include the price of the product(s) returned plus applicable taxes, but not the shipping charges you originally paid. |
